How to Set Up + Optimize Your Vacation Rental
1 Hour CE Credit

Building on our foundational class, The Opportunity in Vacation Rentals, this class provides a deeper dive into what it takes to set a rental up for success. We’ll review property management company offerings as well as décor strategies, providing examples of what small things can really make a difference.

We’ll also talk through some numbers, so you’ll have an idea of what to budget for your rental optimization. At the end, you’ll have a big picture view of the setup process and will learn some good tricks of the trade as well!
