A Pre-Listing Consultation is where our Lead Inspector does a walk-through of the components and systems in your home, providing a verbal summary of findings. The homeowner is present during the consultation and encouraged to take notes and ask questions to understand the condition of the home before listing. The Inspector will inspect the following components: exterior and site, structure, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation and ventilation, plumbing, interiors, and built-in kitchen appliances.
