Co-Owner/Lead Inspector
Indika has 20+ years in hotel management, focusing on revenue, operations and facilities. In his roles managing operations and coordinating renovations, he mitigated system breakdowns, overseeing water systems, heating/cooling systems, electrical outages, and room repairs. Hi is a certified Sustainable Home Professional and served as a presenter at the 2019 HPC Northwest Regional Home Performance Conference. He is one of the original Home Energy Score providers in Portland conducting over 600 Home Energy Score assessments.
Stephanie Shapiro
Co-Owner/Trainer
Stephanie has an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. She taught an undergraduate entrepreneurship course at LMU and is now teaching in the business department at Portland Community College. Prior to that, she was a Prize Designer at XPRIZE Foundation, where she was designing large-scale competitions that solve grand challenges. Stephanie is particularly excited about developing strategic partnerships in the community and coming up with fun, creative marketing ideas!
