In January 2018, the City of Portland launched the Home Energy Score program to provide buyers with information about their home's energy performance. This class is designed by energy efficiency experts and will break down the Home Energy Score process and what it entails. You'll understand the relevance of energy efficiency to your buyers/sellers and how to interpret a Home Energy Score report. You'll also learn what makes an above or below average and how to explain the Score to your clients.

  • How the Home Energy Score works

  • What a Score measures

  • How to read a report

  • What you need to do to stay in compliance

  • Resources for you and your clients
     

HIVE Academy will provide 1 CE credit for real estate agents.

Important! Viewers must watch 50 minutes of the class to receive a continuing education credit.
