PDX HIVE is partnering with Tim Young (Artisan Real Estate Associates) to offer a live webinar that will give you more understanding about the land development process. Tim will walk you through the steps to develop land and what happens during each phase. The class will be taught in a conversational, podcast style with time for participant Q/A at the end.

 

This entry-level class is for agents and homeowners who are new to building and want to get an overview of what goes into a development project. Some of the class topics include:

  • Feasibility (Due Diligence Period)

  • Application Process

  • Land Use Review

  • Plat Review

  • Selling Lots

  • General Costs

  • Calculating Profit


The course will provide 1 CE credit for real estate agents.
