HIVE DEVELOP

HIVE DEVELOP is PDX HIVE's newest business arm. We work with partners to bring new affordable, energy-efficient multifamily housing to Portland and surrounding areas. Our simple but sleek, high-quality townhomes provide much-needed housing in Portland, and we work with our network of valued partners (contractors, funders, project managers, and realtors) to make it happen. We have had so much fun on these two projects (and some anxiety as well) and look forward to growing our portfolio!

HIVE DEVELOP
PROJECT 1

This 8-unit townhome build in SE Portland is in the Foster-Powell neighborhood. It involved the subdivision of sale of a current lot and the final project will include 6 units + 2 corner units.

This 5-unit build in North Portland is in the Humboldt neighborhood. This project involved the demo of a previous property and will result in 5 side by side townhome units.
