HIVE DEVELOP is PDX HIVE's newest business arm. We work with partners to bring new affordable, energy-efficient multifamily housing to Portland and surrounding areas. Our simple but sleek, high-quality townhomes provide much-needed housing in Portland, and we work with our network of valued partners (contractors, funders, project managers, and realtors) to make it happen. We have had so much fun on these two projects (and some anxiety as well) and look forward to growing our portfolio!
